Dr. Rubinstein has been practicing Podiatric Physician and Surgeon in the Northern California for 22 years. He graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1987, and received his post graduate training in the Surgical Residency Program at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals with Postgraduate fellowship at Coney Island Hospital in Brooklyn, Peninsula Hospital in Queens and Saint Barnabas Hospital in New York City.



Dr. Rubinstein attends annual Western Podiatry Congress and he always stays up to date and informed on the newest techniques and developments in the area of foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Rubinstein has an active surgical privileges in the Surgery Department at the Saint Francis Memorial Hospital in San Francisco. He is a talented Foot and ankle Surgeon and well-known in the United States and Internationally for his Surgical techniques and medical skills. He lectured at the Medical Conferences in Russia and Kazakhstan.



Dr. Rubinstein is certified in Laser Surgery by the Pinpoint Lasers as their certified provider to treat nails that are infected by fungus. In 2005 Dr. Rubinstein was certified by Lumenes Lasers and has extensive training and experience in Esthetics Laser Treatments as well. He has successfully treated hundreds of patients and cured the toughest cases of fungal infection over the years.
